Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This page describes what happens to information you submit through the contact form on this website. Chaski Enterprises LLC does not sell personal information, does not take payments through this site, and does not maintain its own database of visitors — what follows is the complete picture, not a summary of a longer policy.
What the contact form collects
The contact form asks for your name, organization or agency, phone number, email address, the area you’re interested in, and a free-text message. Your name, and either a phone number or an email address, are required; organization, area of interest, and message are optional. The organization and “what are you interested in” fields are folded into the message text before it is sent anywhere — they are not stored as separate structured fields.
We do not set cookies ourselves. If the analytics or advertising tools described below are enabled for this deployment, they set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
How a submission is delivered
A submission is sent, in order, to up to three places, so that an enquiry is never silently lost:
- GoHighLevel — Chaski Enterprises LLC’s customer-relationship-management system. GoHighLevel acts as our data processor for this information; it stores the contact record so we can follow up.
- Email fallback — used only if GoHighLevel does not accept the submission. In that case the enquiry is emailed to us directly through Resend, a transactional email provider, so it still reaches a person.
- Server log— every submission is written to the hosting platform’s application log, regardless of whether the two steps above succeed. This is the last line of defense against a lost enquiry.
Spam and rate limiting
To keep the contact form usable without a CAPTCHA, the form submission endpoint briefly keeps a count of recent submissions per IP address, held only in server memory — never written to a database or file. Each IP address’s recent-submission list is checked against a rolling ten-minute window, and the entire record of all IP addresses is periodically cleared as a safeguard against unbounded growth. This is used only to slow down automated abuse of the form; it is not used to identify or track visitors.
Analytics and advertising tags
This site is built to support Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity — but each one loads only when its specific configuration value has been set for this deployment. Any of these tools that is active processes standard web-analytics data (such as pages visited and general device information) under its own privacy policy; Chaski Enterprises LLC does not control what those providers do with that data beyond the settings we configure.
No payment data
This site does not process payments and does not collect credit card or other payment information of any kind.
How long information is kept
A contact record delivered to GoHighLevel is retained there until removed. A fallback email, if one is ever sent, is retained like any other email in our inbox. Server logs are retained only as long as the hosting platform’s standard logging retains them and are used solely for troubleshooting. The per-IP submission counts described above are never persisted to disk or a database, but an individual IP’s record may remain in server memory until the periodic clear described above, or until the server process restarts.
